Ticket to Ride ‘Nordic Countries’ – english rules
Here is english rule for Ticket to Ride (TTR) ‘Nordic Countries’.
For those people who look out for the english rules of TtR Nordic Countries: here’s a rules summary by Dan Blum (found at boardgamegeek.com):

All rules are the same as in other Ticket to Ride games if not otherwise stated.
Setup
Each player receives:
40 trains (i.e., 5 are placed back in the box and not used)
4 train cards
5 tickets. At least 2 tickets must be kept. Unwanted tickets are removed from the game, not put at the bottom of the deck.
Taking Tickets
When taking tickets as your turn, you take 3 and must keep at least 1. Unwanted tickets are removed from the game, as during setup.
Taking Train Cards
When taking train cards, locomotives are treated just like colored cards – you make take a second card (including another locomotive) after taking a face-up locomotive.
The display is not flushed when there are three locomotive cards in it (nor at any other time).
Claiming Routes
Double Routes
In a 3-player game, both sides of a double route may be claimed (by different players). In a 2-player game, only one side of each double route may be claimed.
Note that there are some double routes where the two sides are of different lengths and types (e.g., between Stavanger and Kristiansand) – these rules still apply to them.
Murmansk-Lieska
When claiming this route, you may play any 4 cards (they do not have to match each other) as a joker substituting for each card of your chosen color you do not have. For example, if you are playing blue cards for the route, you may play 9 blue, 8 blue and 4 other cards, 7 blue and 8 other cards, etc. You may not play locomotives on this route, except as part of a set of 4 used as a joker.
Tunnels
When claiming a tunnel, you may use locomotives as jokers, substituting them for cards of the correct color. You may not use any 3 or 4 cards as a joker.
Ferries
When claiming a ferry, you must have as many locomotives as shown, plus as many matching colored cards as shown. However, you may use a locomotive card as a joker to substitute for a colored card. You may also use any 3 cards (they do not have to match each other) as a joker to substitute for a locomotive card on a locomotive space; you may not use any 3 cards as a joker for a colored space.
Note that an implication of these rules is that if you have locomotive cards but not the correct colored cards, you can use the locomotives as jokers for the colored spaces and groups of 3 cards for the locomotive spaces. For example, if you have 2 locomotives and any other 6 cards, you can claim a ferry which requires 2 locomotives and 2 purple cards by using the locomotives as purple cards. You could not claim this route with 1 locomotive and 9 other cards.
Other Routes
On all other routes, locomotives and 3- or 4-card jokers may not be used.
End of the Game
When the game is over, the player with the most completed tickets gets the 10-point Globetrotter bonus. If there is a tie, all tied players receive the bonus. There is no bonus for the longest route.
If players are tied after all scoring is done, the winner is the tied player who completed the most tickets. If there is still a tie, the winner is the tied player with the longest route (defined as for the bonus in Ticket to Ride and Ticket to Ride: Europe).
Have fun!
